You need below items for F-2:
1. photocopy of your spouse's passport and visa and I-94 form( to show
that he(she) is in US).
2. photocopy of your spouse's I-20 form.
3. the I-20 form for you, but signed by your spouse.
4. financial aid statement from your spouse's school and the bank
  certification.
5. marrige certification.
6. maybe the officier want to see your spouse's registration form(copied)
  to show he(she) is currently a student.
