DEAR commrades,

Now i want to tell you sth. abotu the time palnning in applicaiton. Or in
short, the time table for that.

(1) have a notebook, marked all teh schools you are interested in, and
maked on them
(a) the items they want
(b)Deadline
(c) The item you have mailed
(d)The item they have recieved.
The most improtant thing is deadline. It's qquite true that ealier you
mailed your application, the more credit you are given. It is right out
of my experience and many otehr students' experience. So finish and
mail your applicaiotn as fast as possible, mail the m as ealy as
possible. generally, if you rae applying for the autumn entrance,
maybe you will start to mail the first group of mails before Dec.
whose dealine are almost mid Dec. and around Jan. 1st. Then the
second group will be mailed around 10th dec. whsoe deadline is from
15th Jan to Feb., then before the next year, you shoudl have finsihed
all the mailing and start to check with the school whether you
applications are complete or not.

Before the feb. You should ahve been confident that all your materials
mail ed out are complete and arrived the people who should have them,
like the graduate school have sent them to the dept, provided that you
have mailed them to the graduatre school.

From the mid Feb. to the end of April, you will be recieving your
admission letters. But be patient, I have got a classmate who got his
letter of financial aids fron singapore at the last day before he left
Peking Univ..
