Thank you for contacting the GRE Program.

1.Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) score reporting policy requires that
your GRE record be cumulative.  The reporting period is five years, and the
GRE file contains five years of previous scores plus scores earned during
the current testing year.  Thus, score reports issued during 1998-99 will
include scores earned since October 1993. You may elect to send only
General Test scores, only Subject Test scores, or all scores, but you may
not elect to have only scores from a specific test date reported.

GRE additional score reports are $13 per recipient and can be ordered
several ways.

If you tested within the last 5 years, you can call in score report
requests over the telephone.  The number in the US and Canada is
1-888-GRE-SCORE and in other locations it is 609-771-7290.  You will need
your test date, registration number, the four digit graduate institution
codes and department codes for each institution where you want your scores
reported, and a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.  There is
an additional $6 service fee per call.  To request more than four
recipients, you will need to call again.  Your GRE scores will be mailed
approximately five working days after you call.  Examinee score reports
cannot be ordered through the telephone service.

Scores can be ordered by faxing your name, date of birth, social security
number, test date, and institutions and departments where you want your
scores reported, and credit card information to 1-609-771-7906 or by
writing to ETS-GRE, P. O. Box 6006, Princeton, NJ 08541-6006 with check or
Mail address of TOEFL:TOEFL Score Reporting Service

money order.  Scores ordered by fax or mail will be mailed approximately 10
working days after receipt at ETS.

Two copies of your scores will be sent to each designated institution, and
a confirmation report of scores will be mailed to you.
