I got some information, who can tell me the details in money order?
     Here are several alternatives:

     1. Just send a check home.
        Easy, relatively safe, but it takes more that three months for the
     receivee to actually get the money.

     2. Wire
        Fast, not as cheap as $30 as I know, and is an easy target of all
     kinds of unexpected. Should used only in case of emergency.
     3. Money order.
        The processing  procedure is much simpler than  check. Keep the
     receipt, and you can claim lost any time.

     4. Open an personal account in a bank which have branchs in both USA
     and  the city of Shanghai. I mention Shanghai because according to my
     knowledge( It may be outdated), only in Shanghai personal account was
     available to some very previleged person. I believe no foreign bank in
     China will attempt to open personal account at this time. And I can
     not found Bank of China at anywhere at Washington, D.C.  This approach
     should be the future way to go, but maybe a little bit early now.

     5. Send a credit card home. Only can be used at luxery hotels and
     expensive stores at big citys that I never dare to get in.
