I just did it! The rule of thumb is: spread out the yellow pages, and call
every single bank listed there. I am sure most of the banks have such
policy, but the people they hire maybe ignorant! Most clerks don't
know much about international banking. Sometimes, you just want to beat
the shit out of them, hehe........

Not bad I got a very knowledgable person, hehe, female too(you know that
I am kidding, don't you?). She will send the applications to me soon(she
told me that she could also send it directly to my friend, but I want to
send it by Fadex, a lot quicker).
