if US univs ask you for coupon,here the 'coupon' refers to International Postal
Coupon,which means you will pay for the postage used by univs to make you
informed of the status of your application,because postal coupon can be changed
for postage.according to PRC's relevant policy,China post only accept postal
coupon while doesn't sell it.
