  No problem.
  Go to Jianguomen International Post Office. ( #375 Bus to Xizhimen, transfer
  to MTR there to Jianguomen.)
  It will take only 5-7 days for air mails to CA,  about 7-10
  days to other states in USA ( eg. FL ). The cost per package will be
  around RMB30.

  However, if you are realy serious about some schools, pls send thru UPS.
  My experience told me that it takes no more than 3 days for files to
  anywhere within USA, and the cost is only RMB189 / package ( < 500 g )
  which is quite reasonable.
