        当真是PhD比MS好？会不会因为学校招doctorate比master少而减少
录取机会。另外很多学校要求doctorate的条件很高，GPA要3.5,3.6以上，本
成绩没这么好是不是就没戏？

        Membership in scholarly honor societies, professional or technical
societies(include offices or committee posts held)   什么意思？
        Other information(include thesis topic,publications,patents,
professional presentations, and/or work in progress, scholarships and
distinctions earned)  又是什么意思？

        o  I am aplying for Financial Assistance
          o  Teaching Fellowship
          o  Research Assistantship
          o  Grader
        o  1/2 time             o  1/4 time    other
        o  1/2 time             o  1/4 time    other

以上是什么意思？（Grader,   xxtime)

        如果我不想在给的表上打purpose statement,想另附一份，另附怎么说？
