国内好象没有学校会给你代寄成绩，所以只要是装在信封里，
盖上红戳就可以了。

反正我是自己寄的。不过要有签名封口。

∶ I can save some $ in U.S. bank, and then use the personal check to pay
∶ the appl. fee. How can I do this?
