If you filled the permanent address field you can just leave the temporary
empty. Generaly they will send your I-20 with your permanent address.

∶    at XX univ.
∶    我的课都上完了，是不填呢，还是填几个专业有关的课

I left it empty.

∶ 3. List the faculty you have contacted or expected to contact concerning your
∶    application for admission to XX univ.
∶    是就把学校的graduate assistant的名字写上吗
∶    还是NONE

No use at all
∶ 4. 是个老问题，Source of Funds, 我想选XX Univ. 这一项，但他还要问
∶    Type and  Amount,现在还未知，怎么办呢? 前面曾有人说先不寄这一张纸，
∶    但它背面还有别的内容呀

If you depend on financial aid, not necessary to fill this one. If they said it
is required just fill the facts, I filled 0 in all the source field.

∶ 5. ETHNICITY 是yellow吗(怯怯地问)
∶ 也许我过分重视敌人的表了，问了这么多问题，还请各位明白人不吝指教。
Ethic group is only for US citizens, ignore it.
Don't be too nervious about the form, believe it will be read by human been
they will understand you.
