Dear Sir/Madam:
    In cooperation with my advisor and classmates, I have completed
a review of your offer for admission to graduate study at the
University of XXXX.
   I have carefully considered all of your admission materials,
and unfortunately your admission has not been accepted. Because
the resources provided by your offer is not sufficient to
accommodate the total demand for my graduate education, not
all of those who give me an offer can be accepted. There are
a great many excellent offers of admission & financial aids
come to me, and therefore the final decision was very difficult.

    I sincerely regret that I am unable to accept your admission,
and hope that my decision will not dicourage you from offering
further academic education or professional development to
other students. Please accept my best wishes for success in
your future endeavors.
