    外国学生不能在America兼职?

事实上是这样的, 留学生拿的是 I-20 入学许可, 这种 F-1 签证依
规定是不可以工作的, 否则就不叫 "留学生" 了是吧! 当然还是有
人偷偷去打工啦, 不过都不是合法的就是了...

        留学生是不可以在"校外"打工的,他给你签证,是要你去念书,
        不是让你跟他们"抢饭碗"的;毕业後除非有人hire你,否则还
        是要回自己国家去.

No, it is not. One can legally work off-campus if it is less than
20 hrs./week (ie. part time).

那可不, 只要你就读的学校同意, 你就可以到校外打工。

还要向移民局申请 working permit 才能合法到校外打工。

   不然?? 出去念的学生又不是每一个都很有钱
   奖学金也是很有限..
   我觉得到那边再去问会比较好..
   要是有计画接可能你一年都不愁吃穿ㄋㄟ..

只要你合??"麦当劳法案"的规定,你也可以在校外打工.

那是哪一州的规定呢？至少我知道我们加州这边无此规定, 只要学校认为你可以
打工, 他们就能开证明给你的BOSS。

Hi, everybody !
    Actually you can legally work on campus (if you can find one!) for
partime, normally no more than 20 hrs..  And if you can find a summer
intermships, you still can work off campus.  The company that hires you
will take care of your visa and some paper works for immgration office.
