You will need to ask the sender for carrier name and the tracking number
of the package.  Then you can  use the carrier's website
to track it.

USPS Express Mail: http://www.usps.gov/cttgate/  (most likely how they sent it)
Airborne Express: http://www.airborne.com/trace/trace.htm
FedEx: http://www.fedex.com/track_it.html
