    我前些日子去校研究生科问过，今年还是6月10日，一般一周以后可以办理
完。迟了可就不成了。所以现在抓紧办吧。
    不过你应先向系里提出申请，导师签字，系有关头头签字，然后由系里报到学校。
（6月10日前）只要是退学出国的，学校里一律放，就看各个系放不放了。
    退完学后，就和周围的群众一样了。不过，户口和档案都得打回原籍，以后的事情
都得回家办理了。

first of all, your advisor ( if you are a graduate) permit you to drop.
second, you write a application letter to your department, and get the
signature from the head of your Dept.
third, send your next application to grauate school,
prepare money...
hand in the money...
last,, wait the result.

In a word, you can get this from Graduate school, located at Gong1 Zi4 Ting1.
