我在http://www.chinasmile.net/找到了下面的文章，
虽然是移民的，我感觉和留学的基本一样。



1998年11月3日，上午，上海。
今天是我体检的日子。体检表是由香港领事馆直接寄到我家的。多数人是在
面试通过后立刻拿到体检表，当天下午即可在香港体检。而我在面试结束时，
移民官告诉我，他目前不能决定是否给我体检表，原因是加拿大需要熟练的C++
程序员，而我的实际情况是熟练的VB程序员，而C++则不太熟练，所以他需要
和别人商量之后，再给我答复。时间是1周。

1周后，我在家终于等到了体检表，中英对照，说明体检必须在45天内进行，
签证则将在体检日起8周内决定是否发下。另外还有一份体检须知(INSTRUCTION
FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION), 上面详细列明了体检的注意事项和国内指定的
体检地点。

由于我住在南京，所以选择了上海的瑞新国际医疗中心。
1号我先打了个电话，问清楚体检费(1400人民币，好贵!)，
                                 ~~~~~留学是955人民币
必须带去的资料(身份证和4张2寸照片)。然后就动身来到上海。

3号上午9点，我又拎着小包来到位于波特曼酒店2楼(上海商城)的瑞新医疗中心。
填过表，就坐在门口的椅子上等护士叫我名字。因为要抽血和化验小便，所以我
没吃早饭，倒是喝了不少矿泉水，体检处还有免费的纯净水，不记量随便喝。
我正喝着水，听见护士小姐喊我的名字，赶快应声而入。先是量身高体重，然后
叫我去厕所取尿，再到抽血处抽血，然后再到外面等。

估计半小时后，又有小姐喊我，进去原来是测视力，视力表是字母表，
而不是我们常见的E字表。再拍X光片，拍片时只穿汗衫或背心，据说这样结果才准确。

只好脱下上衣，拍号后再穿上。一番折腾后又回到门口坐下等。

10来分钟后又有小姐喊我，再进去，原来是量血压。血压计也不是国内常见的那种，
而是挂在2米外的墙上。量完后，医生又问了我一些问题，如有没有得过大病？
抽烟否？
开过刀否？等完后，叫我拿出照片和身份证登记在领事馆寄来的体检表上。接着又叫我?nbsp;
鋈サ取?

又过了一，二十分钟，我又被喊进去，这回是外科检查，遵照医生要求，把衣服
脱到只剩一件裤头，再穿上电视里常常见到的那种外国医院里病人穿的蓝色反扣
大褂，
5分钟后，医生进来，这回竟是个洋人，似乎不怎么会汉语，我只好用英语
回答他的问题，
还好，都不是什么大难题。无非是什么站起来，躺下去，张开嘴，伸直腿，有无不良嗜?nbsp;
茫?
拿小锤子敲敲我的膝盖，手电看看我的耳朵，口腔，鼻腔再摸摸脊柱，OK。结束了。

穿上衣服出来，再等到门口的柜台叫我，就是付款，我问柜台上的小伙子，结果
如何？
他说体检结果正常，能否拿到VISA就不是他们的职责了。

至此，体检结束。共化约2小时。
