Opening Position for MS and Postdoc

We represent the Dept. Of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University
of Pennsylvania and currently
we have many grants from the government to conduct research in the area
of biomedical optical
spectroscopy and imaging. We are developing medical instrumentation and
are conducting basic science
and clinical research to test the diagnostic capability of these medical
devices.

The University of Pennsylvania is one of the Ivy League and has one of
the most highly reputed medical
schools in the US. Our laboratory here at the Johnson Research Foundation
has research scholars from
over the world and in different areas of biomedical research. The
laboratory has had a cooperation with
scholars from China since the 1950s. We have continued this effort for
almost half century. Especially
from 1980s on, many Chinese Scholars have come and achieve significant
accomplishments in our lab.

We are currently interested in recruiting research scholars from China to
do research here at the Johnson
Research Foundation. The qualification should be: Master degree in
Electrical Engineering, capability of
conducting research work independently and good inter-personal skills. We
will provide IAP-66 form for
J-1 Visa for 1 year and perhaps two years for truly excellent candidates.
Salary is $12000 per year, also we
will provide health insurance, dental insurance and 401 K retirement
plan. Successful candidates will also
have opportunities to attend international meeting and publish papers in
international journals.
