I am a Tsinghua Alumni and now am in Univ. of Michigan.

A famous Professor in EECS dept in U. of Mich. has interests
to seek potential Ph.D. students from Tsinghua. The students
will study in Systems area, especially in Manufacturing.

They are expected to have outstanding records and solid theoretical
background, good communication skill (English), etc. Having interests
or experience in manufacturing is a plus. Also you should be willing
to do projects in Industry (like FORD, Chrysler, etc.). BTW, you
should plan to study for Ph.D.
