  The available position is PMF(Post Master Fellow).
The basic requirement is as following:
   1. Master Degree Holder
   2. One or two years experience in microelectronics
      or related area.
   3. Less than 35 years old.
Actually, the position is quite attracting.
The salary ranges from  S$2600 to around S$3000
based on the experience level.

Postgraduate Degree from the National University of Singapore

Currently, the research group of Power semiconductor
and IC's within the Centre for Power Electronics is
looking for postgraduate candidates suitable to do research
in the area of power microelectronics. Interested

The University provides the scholarship/studentship to
research students. In general, the amount ranges from $1,200 to
$1,400 Singapore Dollars per month(1 US Dollar =
1.5 Singapore Dollar). The research students can also
work in the laboratory as a part-time demonstrator to
receive the hourly payment of $40 Singapore Dollars
(with 20% CPF contribution).

Current research topics are in the areas of insulated-gate
bipolar transistor, lateral power devices, smart power
discretes and smart power integrated circuits. Research
work includes power semiconductor design,
simulation, optimization, layout, fabrication,
instrumentation and measurement. In average, the
candidates will finish the M.Eng (Master of
Engineering) work in two years and Ph.D.
(Doctor of Philosophy) in three and half years.

Research Students holding studentship/scholarship are not
required to pay the university fee as it has been absorbed
by the scholarship itself.
