is looking for excellent students for his on-growing
group. The conditions are:

-Top in their undergraduate study
-Good score in TOEFL(?GRE)
-preference given those do not have their MS in China
-mature
-selfmotive in doing research.
-Background in Control Engr. Computer Science, EE or ME
