recruiting trip to China. We are sure that we have selected the
best among all the students we interviewed. Now we ask your
help in our continued recruiting effort from China.

The school of Computer Science, Telecommunications and
Information Systems (CTI) of DePaul University has
tens of full scholarships available for MS and PhD students
from China. The school will come to Beijing and Shanghai
to interview prospective students in June 1998. Selected students
will receive scholarship covering tuitions, a very good stipend
(12,000 -- 15,000) and air ticket. Selected students are expected
to arrive at DePaul in August, 1998.

Requirements:

-- Strong analytical and problem solving skills (e.g. GRE General Test)
-- Solid background in Computer Science and experience in programming
   (e.g. GRE Subject test, Work experience, and etc.)
-- BS degree in Computer Science or closely related field
   (College transcript and degree certificate)
-- English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL)

CTI has about 1000 graduate students and offers programs leading
to the MS degree in computer science, distributed systems,
human-computer interaction, information systems, management
information systems, software engineering, and telecommunication
systems and to the PhD degree in computer science. Separate
degree concentrations of MS and PhD in computer science
allow specialization in the areas of artificial intelligence,
computer graphics, computer vision,
data analysis, database systems, data communication, distributed
systems, human-computer interaction, software engineering,
