Tsinghua University Press published a book on" US universities WWW & E-mail"
in this Sept. You can try to fingure it out.

2. If you really can not find it via Yahoo or that university's homepage,
you can send e-mail to the "webmaster" or other related prof. to ask help.
I bet you can get it in the end.
