Dear Wangfsh, thanks for posting so many good postings. I would like
to add my previous posting of Canadian Universities 1996 ranking
after yours. The rate of international students is included.
Good luck to everybody !!

Maclean's ranking of Canadian universities is the most popular one
of such kind. However, this ranking is basically for the
undergraduate students.

If you are going to pursue your graduate studies in Canada, then
use the ranking carefully.  Again, there is not so much difference
between different Canadian universities: they are similar in the
quality.

When you see one university is in 12 and another is in 5, don't
think they are quite different in the quality, actually, just like
in China, there are so many universities in about the same level,
it's hard to compare them.  This ranking is just to give you a
basic idea. If you want to know more about a university's program,
you should spend some time to investigate, the ranking is not
everything.

all the 42 English speaking universities were involved. University
of Montreal also attended.
