I go to  the Embassy this Monday. There are only several F-1 applicants, no more
than 10.

I met two computer guys with full scholarship who were refused seveal days ago.
The consulor's reason:o"移民倾向
Another kind of people being refused is those who support themselves.
There are also some successful F-1 applicants with full scholarship.
In a word, the total amount of F-1 applicants is rather few.

About the details of the regulations, you can refer to: tot raef to 精华区
As I know, most of the officials there is from Asia: such as Taiwan, Korea, or
India.

You could have a look there before you apply for visa.
