标  题: How to get Visa with full finacial aid.

. Time you'd better arrive at the embassy.

    6am -- 7am

    There are more than 200 people can apply for visa in one day.
    If you arrive at 7am, you will be about No.120, and you can
    get the visa at about 11am. Do not go there too early. I do
    no think it is good to get there at 2am.

. Procedures

    Go to the embassy.
    Buy a number from two old man. (need 1 yuan, you only need to
           sign your name on a card)
    Waiting ( At this time you can go for you passport if you do
           not have it)
    Go into the embassy ( if you number is about 110-120, you will
           go into the embassy at about 10am)
    Go to the Visa office.

    In the office:
           Go to the No.0 window (first window on you left)
              hand in the visa application form and family number sheet
                   and passport)
           Change to the next window (No.1) hand in the money(170 yuan
                   or 20 USD) and they will return the materials you
                   hand in on the first window)
           Go to the window of red card (window for those who apply
                   for visa the first time)
           Waiting.
           You get it.
