My friend told me his story.

F-2 : His wife went to interview during aug and sep last year, got three denial
seals and got LC last time.

H-4 : After he got H-1, his wife went there twice, in dec and Jan respectively,
got two denial seals and a piece of paper told her to come here one year later.
He then asked his lawyer to send fax and make a phone call to the US embassy in
Beijing. His wife came here again afterwards. She got it this time.

He said he got lots of information from BBS during this period of time, and now
he could not telnet to BBS , so he let me post his story to share it with who ha
s the same problem.
