No form like I-20 in Canada. 
Generally, the university will send you an official acceptance letter, 
from Graduate Studies, with the amount of fellowship/scholarship shown. 
If you are receiving research assistantship or teaching assistantship 
from the department, you will receive letter from them directly. 
However, some universities, most of which are in the Ontario Province, 
do require you show that you have enough fund (CA$20,000 to $27,000) before 
they issue you an official acceptance letter.
