Hi, 各位朋友，
我于今日惨遭拒签，我是在读的一年级博士生，被以214(b)为由遭拒，请各位帮我出谋
划策，多谢！
以下为签证过程：O officer(wearing glasses, American white man)  M me
M: Good morning, sir. Here are my documents. (very nervous, no smile)
O:(see my master degree, then ask) When did you get your MS?
M: July, 1998.
O: Then you've worked for one year in this institute?(pointed my of-156
form, then 眼睛盯着current occupation item on of-156 form and waits for
my answer)
M: No. I am a student.
O: For Ph.D. degree?
M: Yeah.
O: What are you doing now?
M: Do some research on climate changes.
O: What will you do......?
(not clear, so)
M: What?
O: What will you do in Oceanography?(I think he asked this question.)
M: Also about climate change, focus on the role of air-sea and sea-ice
interactions in climate change with numerical method.......
(He interrupted me with a very fast speed and like slur)
O:..........So just answer my question.
(I think I made a vital mistake to let him refused me. I answered what I
will do after the studying in Oceanography. Then 我就稀里糊涂地败下阵来)
I think the most important thing is my presentation was too bad today:
nervous, not influent english.......
The result is I am in the worst situation: refused on 214(b). So what
shall I do next? Give me some advices.
